In today's ever-evolving world, change is the only constant. This course is designed to equip you with the skills to lead effectively in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) environment. We will delve into various models and frameworks, strategies, best practices, and the challenges associated with change management. Key topics include: ? Preparing and planning for change ? Implementing change ? Communicating change ? Sustaining and reinforcing change Additionally, we will explore how to apply these concepts in both personal and professional contexts. This course was formerly HRIR 5450.
